Own and optimize Daxko's HubSpot environment and MarTech stack, lead integrations (Salesforce, CDP, BI, paid media), maintain tracking and automation hygiene, support ABM infrastructure, run testing and analytics, evaluate marketing technologies, and create documentation and enablement for the marketing team.
Daxko builds the software that powers fitness, wellness, and community organizations—everything from member management and payments to digital engagement and analytics. From small studios to the largest associations, we help thousands of fitness businesses streamline operations, enhance member experiences, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
This is a senior role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution — someone who can architect complex systems, automate with precision, and think clearly about what the data is actually saying. You'll be a core driver of how Daxko's marketing engine runs, partnering closely with the marketing automation team to build programs that scale, integrations that hold up, and workflows that stay clean over time. If you get genuinely energized by HubSpot at its most complex, AI-powered tooling, and making marketing work better at every level, this role was built for you.
What you'll do
- Own the architecture and optimization of Daxko's HubSpot environment, including advanced configuration, workflow automation, lifecycle management, and MAP program development that drives measurable performance
- Lead integrations between HubSpot and platforms like Salesforce, CDP, paid media, and business intelligence tools, ensuring accurate data flow and reliable attribution across the full revenue funnel
- Build and maintain campaign tracking standards, automation hygiene, and data tagging frameworks that power accurate lead routing and reporting
- Support ABM program infrastructure, including account segmentation, intent data integration, and account-level tracking across the funnel
- Drive a structured testing and experimentation culture, running A/B tests, analyzing campaign performance, and identifying conversion opportunities across workflows and programs
- Evaluate and onboard marketing technologies that scale with business needs, and sunset tools that no longer serve the stack
- Build documentation, best-practice guides, and enablement resources that raise the operational bar across the marketing team
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations within B2B SaaS
- Expert-level HubSpot proficiency, with a track record of building and optimizing complex MAP programs, workflows, and integrations
- Deep experience architecting MarTech integrations across Salesforce and other pipeline-generating tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to keep complex, cross-functional workstreams moving
- Comfort with AI-powered marketing tools and a history of putting emerging technology to practical use
Nice to have
- HubSpot, Salesforce, Qualified, or Google Analytics certifications
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for campaign troubleshooting and template customization
- Experience with ABM platforms, intent data tools, and account-level tracking
- Background in data analysis or visualization
