Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Product Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager to serve as the connective tissue between our Sales and Marketing teams. This role supports both functions, partnering closely with each to make sure our go-to-market motion is sharp, coordinated and effective.

You'll play a critical role in the expansion, adoption and retention of our offerings, driving the messaging, positioning and sales enablement work that helps our team generate revenue. You'll create the materials that help sales close deals, develop the content that supports campaigns and build the tools that keep our GTM motion humming. You're a strong writer with sharp messaging instincts, you understand how enterprise B2B sales works and you take pride in making complex offerings easy to understand and easy to sell.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
● Developing positioning and messaging for our TED@Work offerings
● Creating sales-facing content and collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive battle cards,
case studies and customer-facing materials that help close deals
● Partnering with the sales team on enablement, including launch readiness, ongoing training on new
positioning and ad hoc support on strategic deals
● Supporting marketing with messaging and content work that ties directly to pipeline and revenue, including
campaign narratives and website content that supports conversion
● Coordinating sales and marketing on launch planning, campaigns and feedback loops between field insights
and marketing strategy
● Tracking competitive intelligence and translating it into actionable content for the sales team
● Supporting sales and marketing on cross-functional GTM initiatives

Qualifications

SKILLS + QUALIFICATIONS

● 3-5 years of B2B experience in product marketing, sales enablement, GTM or a closely related discipline
● Strong writing, messaging and positioning skills
● Demonstrated experience supporting a sales team, with concrete examples of materials, tools or content
you've created
● Comfort working across functions, including direct partnership with sales teams, marketing leaders and
product stakeholders
● Ability to take a strategic brief and execute with high quality
● A commercial mindset, meaning you think in terms of pipeline impact and revenue contribution, not just
marketing activity

NICE-TO-HAVE
● Experience with marketing or selling to enterprise B2B buyers, particularly in HR, learning and development
or talent leadership audiences
● Familiarity with sales tools and processes, including CRM platforms like Salesforce, sales engagement tools
like Apollo and pipeline management practices
● Experience with competitive intelligence and battle card development
● Background in education, learning, HR tech or mission-driven organizations
