Position Overview 

We are looking for a Temporary Product Marketing Specialist to partner with the Director of Product Marketing on strategic product launches and messaging initiatives. This role will play a key part in shaping how our products are released and communicated, from market-facing launch campaigns to ongoing internal education. This person brings a mix of technical understanding and customer empathy to everything they do, helping turn features into benefits and customer value. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and project management skills and experience collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to support product launches and go-to-market initiatives.

This is a temporary position through January 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position. Neither an extension or offer of employment is guaranteed.

What You'll Be Doing: 

  • Plan the launches of new products and enhancements, and coordinate the cross-functional implementation of the plan. 
  • Lead and create product launch communications, both internally and externally, including data sheets, demo videos, customer communications, sales deck slides, and more.
  • Develop and co-lead enablement sessions for all GTM teams on upcoming product launches and releases. 
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with IT buyers in collaboration with product management, sales, and marketing. 
  • Create product-related content to support lead generation, sales enablement and customer education.  
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to support ad hoc product marketing activities such as persona development, customer testimonials, market and competitive analysis, customer events, and go-to-market strategies.

About You:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, and can confidently deliver presentations to audiences of all sizes.
  • Hands-on experience building product marketing assets, including datasheets, demo videos, and other product collateral.
  • Excellent writing and content creation skills, with the ability to translate complex product information into easily digestible materials.
  • You’re comfortable jumping into new environments and quickly making an impact.
  • You’re adept at working independently and proactively while staying aligned with key stakeholders.

Bonus Points: 

  • Experience with B2B SaaS companies and/or email security is a plus.
  • Bonus points for experience with systems like G2, Clozd, and Highspot.
