Position Summary

As a Product Marketing Senior Manager at TrendAI™, in the Global Partner Office at TrendAI™, you will own the marketing strategy and programs that activate, enable, and grow our global channel partner community - spanning service providers, distributors, resellers, and value-added resellers. You will translate the value of our AI security platform into partner-ready narratives, demand programs, and enablement that help our partners sell with confidence and grow their TrendAI™ practices.

By speaking the language of the channel - mapping partner business models, margin and incentive drivers, and the cybersecurity challenges their customers face — this role is central to deepening TrendAI™’s reach, partner loyalty, and through-partner revenue. You will align our industry-leading AI security platform capabilities to the realities of how partners build pipeline, differentiate, and deliver outcomes for end customers. This includes developing partner-facing messaging, building to-partner and through-partner campaigns, creating scalable enablement content, and partnering closely with channel sales, alliances, and field marketing teams. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, insights-driven, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Partner Positioning & Messaging
  • Develop compelling, partner-centric value propositions that map TrendAI™ Vision One platform capabilities to partner business models, profitability levers, and growth opportunities.
  • Tailor messaging by partner type — service providers, distribution and reseller/VAR — to strengthen differentiation and relevance.
  • Ensure partner messaging is consistent globally while adaptable to regional channel structures and program nuances.
To-Partner & Through-Partner Demand Programs
  • Build and develop compelling messaging and content (alongside regional channel teams) that drive partnership narrative and value propositions to be utilized in co-marketing and co-sell programs.
  • Partner with channel sales and field marketing to operationalize through-partner motions, drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and measure business impact.
  • Support the partner experience across the lifecycle — from onboarding and certification to ongoing engagement and advocacy.
Partner Content & Enablement
  • Create high-quality partner-facing content including partner playbooks, co-brandable campaign kits, solution briefs, pitch decks, presentations, and demand generation assets.
  • Build targeted enablement — talk tracks, battlecards, objection handling, use-case briefs — that improve partner seller confidence and consistency when engaging customers.
  • Collaborate with campaign, content, and enablement teams to package platform capabilities into turnkey, partner-ready programs.
Partner Program Marketing
  • Support messaging of the TrendAI™ partner program and enablement in collaboration with channel program teams.
  • Collaborate with regions to build partner communications and community engagement - newsletters, partner events and webinars, advisory councils, and recognition programs - that strengthen loyalty and mindshare.
Market Intelligence & Insights
  • Conduct ongoing research into channel dynamics, competitor partner programs, partner needs, and emerging routes to market.
  • Translate insights into concrete recommendations for channel sales, marketing, and program teams.
  • Identify emerging partner opportunities and help refine program and GTM focus areas.
Key Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or platform software. Channel marketing, partner marketing, or GTM strategy experience strongly preferred. Direct experience marketing to or through distributors, resellers, and value-added resellers ideal.
  • Channel Acumen: Ability to quickly understand partner business models, channel economics, incentive and MDF structures, and the realities of through-partner selling.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to articulate compelling stories tailored to diverse audiences — partners, customers, analysts, executives, and sellers.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional and cross-regional teams, including external partner stakeholders.
  • Customer- & Partner-Centric Mindset: Passion for understanding partner and end-customer problems and translating them into clear, scalable program narratives.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams across global teams and partner ecosystems.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to synthesize insights, analyze market trends, and develop data-informed channel GTM strategies.
  • Creativity & Initiative: Comfortable experimenting, refining, and driving new approaches to strengthen TrendAI’s channel relevance and partner growth.

Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 365,500; 13.9% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
  • Research Centers and Universities: Stanford University; University of California, Berkeley; University of San Francisco; Santa Clara University; Ames Research Center; Center for AI Safety; California Institute for Regenerative Medicine
