Netic is the AI revenue engine for essential services who are the backbone of the American economy. With $43M in funding from Founders Fund, Greylock, Hanabi, and Dylan Field who led our Series B, we helped our customers book hundreds of thousands of jobs across services industries in North America. There are now companies operating entirely AI-first on Netic.

You’ll join our team with relentless builders from Scale, Databricks, HRT, Meta, MIT, Stanford, and Harvard in bringing frontier AI to the physical economy, where the problems are hard, the data is complex, and the impact is immediate and tangible.

About the role

Netic serves some of the largest, most important essential service businesses in the US. We are growing into our existing verticals + buyer personas and expanding into new ones very quickly.

We're hiring a Founding Product Marketer to own how the market understands Netic and how we differ from everyone else, including a lot of the vaporware products that are sold today.

Your job is to cut through the AI noise: sharpen our positioning across over a dozen buyer, company type and industry personas, build the narrative that compels essential service leaders to explore Netic, and arm every customer-facing conversation with messaging that truly lands.

You will see your work product through to the end so that you can gather feedback on the outputs and iterate over time.

You'll sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product. You'll take what engineering is building and turn it into language that stands out to buyers. You'll take what sales hears in the field and on prospect calls and turn it into sharper positioning. And you'll own the launches, assets, and narrative that compound as we grow into our existing verticals + scale across many new ones. This is a zero-to-one seat: no playbook or existing brand machine. You will have full ownership of how Netic shows up in the market.

What You'll Do
  • Develop a deep understanding of enterprise essential service companies: how they think about their company, its growth trajectory and where solutions like Netic fit in

  • Own Netic’s core messaging and positioning across company type (independently-owned, consolidator, PE), vertical (home services, consumer wellness, automotive, etc), and buyer persona (CEO/COO, Marketing, Call Center, Finance)

  • Obsess over the outcomes of your work and see projects through to the end. You will work closely with the growth team to run tests around your key messaging and positioning insights, so that you can learn + iterate on your work

  • Get creative! You’ll ideate + launch creative marketing campaigns that will help Netic cut through the noise with our buyers

  • Own new product launches: how we build initial proof points, how we position the launches, and how the market hears about them

  • Arm the sales team with the assets that win deals: pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, case studies, competitive intel, objection-handling, and more

  • Leverage AI tools for research synthesis, drafting, iteration, personalization, and asset production

  • Feed structured signal back to product, sales, and leadership to refine what we build, and how we position the business

What You'll Bring
  • 4–7+ years in product marketing (or adjacent), ideally at a startup or high-growth company where you were a generalist doing the work, not just managing it

  • Storytelling Prowess: A proven ability to simplify complex technical workflows into clear, value-driven propositions

  • Relentless pursuit of outcomes: You care about moving quickly and putting work into the world that is driving a real, meaningful business impact

  • AI native. You have experience using AI to speed up your work and raise the ceiling on the quality of your projects

  • Operational excellence. Great ideas only matter when the execution is flawless. You sweat the details, run tight processes, and ensure everything you ship delivers an incredible experience

  • Hustle and grit. You thrive in ambiguity, take ownership of new problems, and iterate quickly until you land what works

  • Exceptional cross-functional skills. You build strong partnerships with sales, product, and external partners to build systems that are aligned, high leverage, and easy to execute against

  • Intellectual Curiosity: A genuine interest in how AI and technology are reshaping professional work and the future of essential service businesses

  • Versatile Launch Experience: A track record of successful product launches

  • Multi disciplinary GTM experience. You have other go to market experience outside of product marketing - sales, growth, founding a business, etc. Something that demonstrates you are curious, well-rounded, and that you will bring multiple unique perspectives to your work

  • Taste. You have a good intuition for what the customer wants once you get to know them, and you have natural instincts for the types of copy, images, and ideas that will resonate

  • Writing that lands. You can write a case study or ad copy messaging that is punchy, clear, and lands with our buyers

What brings us together is our commitment to:

  • Live to build

  • Run through walls and win

  • Obsess over customers in each line of code

  • Lose sleep over the "almost perfect"

  • Show internal locus of control

  • Prioritize finesse: refinement of first principles thinking, execution, and craftsmanship
