Job Description:

Disney Entertainment & ESPN Product & Technology

Technology is at the heart of Disney’s past, present, and future. Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology is a global organization of engineers, product developers, designers, technologists, data scientists, and more – all working to build and advance the technological backbone for Disney’s media business globally.

The team marries technology with creativity to build world-class products, enhance storytelling, and drive velocity, innovation, and scalability for our businesses. We are Storytellers and Innovators. Creators and Builders. Entertainers and Engineers. We work with every part of The Walt Disney Company’s media portfolio to advance the technological foundation and consumer media touch points serving millions of people around the world.

Here are a few reasons why we think you’d love working here:

  • Building the future of Disney’s media: Our Technologists are designing and building the products and platforms that will power our media, advertising, and distribution businesses for years to come.
  • Reach, Scale & Impact: More than ever, Disney’s technology and products serve as a signature doorway for fans' connections with the company’s brands and stories. Disney+. Hulu. ESPN. ABC. ABC News…and many more. These products and brands – and the unmatched stories, storytellers, and events they carry – matter to millions of people globally.
  • Innovation: We develop and implement groundbreaking products and techniques that shape industry norms, and solve complex and distinctive technical problems.

Ad Platforms is responsible for Disney’s industry-leading ad technology and products – driving advertising performance, innovation, and value in Disney’s sports, news, and entertainment content, across all media platforms.

About the Role:
As a Product Manager II on the Ad Platform team, you will plan and manage the execution of multiple features for our Audience Targeting and Measurement tracks. You will work at the intersection of identity, data clean rooms, third-party measurement integrations, and Disney's first-party audience graph — defining how Disney proves advertiser outcomes at scale. The right person brings fluency in the ads measurement and identity ecosystems, a bias for data-driven decision-making, and an AI-native mindset that shapes how they build, prioritize, and communicate. You are both an analytical thinker and an execution machine.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:

  • Help manage the product backlog for audience targeting and measurement capabilities, managing near and long term delivery
  • Author clear, detailed product specifications and user stories, translating stakeholder requirements into actionable engineering work — from audience signal ingestion to measurement reporting surfaces
  • Partner with engineering, data science, and UX/UI design teams to build and ship measurement products
  • Drive targeting product capabilities — audience segmentation, data clean room integrations, identity resolution, and addressability features tied to Disney's first-party data assets
  • Define and track critical metrics (coverage, match rates, measurement activation rates, reporting latency) and partner with GTM and financial planning to tie them to revenue outcomes
  • Support UAT and product release readiness — including stakeholder training, documentation, and operational support
  • Collaborate with a Scrum team: participate in sprint ceremonies, maintain backlog health, drive prioritization, and ensure engineering teams always have clear, consumable stories
  • Champion an AI-native approach to product development — leveraging intelligent tooling and data automation to move faster and build smarter

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Basic understanding of CTV/streaming advertising dynamics
  • Highly analytical — comfortable interrogating data and holding engineering to data quality standards
  • Solid communication skills across engineering partners and non-technical business stakeholders
  • Bias for execution with impeccable follow-through

Required Education

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, statistics, business, media or a related field.
