Job Description:
The Design and Product Operations Analyst plays a critical role in enhancing product performance and customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for facilitating the voice of the customer by triaging feedback and translating insights into clear inputs for product strategy and prioritization. The role partners closely with Design and Product Management leadership to strengthen design and product operations maturity across tools, processes and ways of working.
This role also focuses on tool enablement and operational rigor, ensuring teams have the structure, education and reporting needed to plan, prioritize and deliver effectively. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity, brings strong analytical skills and is motivated by driving continuous improvement across Design and Product Operations.

What you’ll do:
Triage and manage customer feedback to inform product strategy, roadmap decisions and prioritization.
Partner with Design and Product Management leadership to define and track PM metrics, project health and operational reporting.
Support prioritization frameworks and Product Development Lifecycle practices, extending and reinforcing existing operating models as the organization scales.
Support the design and facilitation of Design and PM craft growth initiatives, including workshops and programs focused on PM health, effectiveness and continuous improvement.
Enable and optimize tools and workflows to improve team efficiency and visibility.
Contribute to the creation, documentation, and implementation of standardized Design and Product Operations processes across the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify, unblock and resolve operational challenges.
Provide backup support for key Design and Product operations meetings, including facilitation and coordination when needed.
Contribute to and evolve the Productboard maturity program, including cleaning up existing structures, creating a more strategic taxonomy and establishing supporting processes, documentation and assets.
Educate teams on Productboard best practices while promoting, monitoring and reinforcing consistent usage.
Experience you’ll bring:
Experience supporting challenging org-wide initiatives that require a high degree of critical thinking
A developing ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to evolving systems and processes.
Emerging experience critiquing, improving and implementing product or operational workflows.
Analytical background preferred, with comfort using data to inform decisions and measure impact.
Requirements:
Requires a minimum of 3 years of related or equivalent experience; or 2+ years with an advanced degree.
This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Pay Transparency:
The annual US base salary range for this role is $62,800 - $87,200 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
