About Snorkel

At Snorkel, we believe meaningful AI doesn’t start with the model, it starts with the data.

We’re on a mission to help enterprises transform expert knowledge into specialized AI at scale. The AI landscape has gone through incredible changes between 2015, when Snorkel started as a research project in the Stanford AI Lab, to the generative AI breakthroughs of today. But one thing has remained constant: the data you use to build AI is the key to achieving differentiation, high performance, and production-ready systems. We work with some of the world’s largest organizations to empower scientists, engineers, financial experts, product creators, journalists, and more to build custom AI with their data faster than ever before. Excited to help us redefine how AI is built? Apply to be the newest Snorkeler!

About the Role

  • Lead product program management—driving planning, launch, and rollout of new features with strong alignment between customers, contributors, and product.
  • Partner with Enablement to equip Technical Delivery Managers, Production Managers, Sales, and Expert Contributors with the tools and training to adopt and succeed with Snorkel’s products.
  • Build and manage a Voice of the Customer program, consolidating feedback across all channels and surfacing insights to inform roadmap and R&D investment decisions.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Product leadership, influencing roadmap prioritization and long-term product strategy with data-driven insights and customer context.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or product-facing roles in high-growth technology companies.
  • Proven track record of building or leading product operations, program management, or customer strategy functions.
  • Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, define metrics, and influence decision-making across senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to represent both customer and internal perspectives with clarity and impact.
  • Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams in fast-paced environments.
