What you will do

This role requires a deep understanding of the entire product lifecycle from inception, development, launch, adoption, to end-of-life as well as strong cross-functional knowledge spanning sales, marketing, support, customer success, and commercial teams.

  • Process Management: Lead complex cross-functional programs to ensure successful product migrations, transitions, end of sale/life, and more. Orchestrate cross-functional execution by creating end-to-end clarity, visibility, and governance. Establish operating cadence and integrate with the overall rhythm of business.
  • Data Analysis, Synthesis, and Insight: Analyze and synthesize product as well as customer data to gain insights and build robust execution plans. Define metrics/KPIs and create reporting mechanisms and dashboards to track progress, identify risks and areas for improvement, and enable decision-making.
  • Communication: Draft clear, professional internal and external communications to inform and guide customers, partners, and internal teams on program direction and goals. Create regular executive-level reports and insights for visibility and for major forums such as all hands and QBRs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product management, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and executive leadership. Serve as a trusted partner and advisor, providing insights and recommendations. Be the face and voice of your programs.
  • Domain/Product Knowledge: Significant understanding of multiple tech domains and markets (prefer security, identity, PKI, and digital trust) to effectively connect the dots between product, engineering, data, and customer/business needs.

What you will have

  • You have 10+ years experience leading complex cross-functional programs in fast paced High Tech PM or Eng organizations. You have a strong blend of technical and business skills.
  • Problem Solving and Analytics: You excel at decomposing and structuring complex problems/programs into solid execution plans, as well as analyzing and synthesizing complex data into insights to inform decision-making.
  • Collaboration: You are an exceptional collaborator that builds consensus and drives alignment across diverse stakeholders. You are adept at navigating large, fast-paced organizations and understand what it takes to get things done.
  • Customer Obsession: You are customer obsessed and operate both with a growth mindset and a servant leadership mindset. You are a self-starter that brings strong ownership and voice to your programs, guiding, influencing, and inspiring cross-functional teams.
