Partner with CEO and CTO to translate vision into executable workstreams. Lead cross-functional, high-priority projects across R&D, business strategy, and go-to-market; design systems to remove bottlenecks; build dashboards and KPIs; stand up new functions and workflows; represent the company at events as needed.
The summary above was generated by AI
At Kerrigan Robotics, we aren’t just adding more "iron" to the factory floor; we’re building the intelligence that brings it all to life. As an AI-powered, robot-agnostic orchestration platform, we bridge the gap between high-level software and complex physical hardware, harmonizing everything from humanoids and drones to legacy ERP and WMS systems. Our team’s pedigree is rooted in scaling the impossible, having first proven our mettle at Tesla by scaling $5B worth of equipment and thousands of robots globally before achieving seamless multi-branded integration for Rivian’s fleet and lineside controls.  While the rest of the industry focuses on building individual robots, we are operationalizing heterogeneous automation at scale slashing production ramp-up times by 70% and making enterprise level expansion feel effortless. If you’re ready to turn fragmented data into harmonious communication and help make the future of manufacturing simpler, more reliable, and truly unified, your next challenge starts here.
The Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Associate to serve as a strategic partner and "force multiplier" for our CEO and CTO. At Kerrigan Robotics, we are building the future of AI-driven orchestration platform, and our growth requires an operational foundation that is as sophisticated as our engineering.
This isn't a "back-office" role. As an early operations hire, you will sit at the intersection of Business and corporate strategy. You will own ambiguous, high-impact projects that directly influence the company’s trajectory from high level business meetings that represent Kerrigan Robotics at Conferences, Industry events and special engagements as needed.  A strategic partner on how to best market and grow the brand.
This role is designed for a high-potential MBA graduate who wants outsized visibility into how a deep-tech startup scales from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner directly with the CEO and CTO to translate high-level vision into actionable workstreams. You will help set priorities, drive key business decisions, and ensure executive-level initiatives reach the finish line.
  • Lead high-priority projects across R&D, Business & Strategy and Go-to-Market. You’ll define the problem, build the execution plan, and drive the results.
  • Identify bottlenecks in our current workflows and design the systems to fix them.
  • Develop the dashboards and KPIs necessary to track company performance, project timelines, and burn rates, providing the leadership team with real-time visibility.
  • Stand up new functions and workflows from scratch as we expand and move toward commercialization.

Who You Are
  • You combine structured, first-principles thinking with the ability to thrive in the "zero-to-one" stage of a startup.
  • You have sharp business judgment and the ability to use data to tell a story or solve a complex problem.
  • You don't wait for a playbook. You are self-directed and comfortable taking ownership of a problem from start to finish.
  • While you don't need to be a robotics engineer, you have a deep interest in AI and Technology and can communicate effectively with technical leadership.
  • You can distill complex updates into concise briefs for the executive team.

Requirements
  • You have at least 1-2 years of experience working in product operations, technical program management, project management, a product ownership role, Consulting, or in a fast paced start-up environment
  • A Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, and modern business systems.
  • Experience (via internships or prior roles) working in fast-paced environments, consulting, or tech operations.
  • Willingness to work in-office in Santa Clara to collaborate closely with the leadership and engineering teams.
  • A desire to work hard in a high-impact, rewarding role where your contributions directly affect the company's success.

Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $95,000 – $140,000 per year.
