About You

We are looking for a Product Owner to join the team behind Xsolla Partner Network (XPN). The role is based in the US, and we're open to strong candidates globally. Partner Network connects game publishers with content creators to drive discovery, engagement, and revenue.
XPN is a two-sided marketplace. We help publishers run creator marketing campaigns (xsolla.com/partner-network), and we give creators a way to join those campaigns, along with tools to manage and grow their channels (xsolla.com/for/creators). Each side has its own users and goals, and each shapes the other. Helping both sides succeed together is what makes this role so interesting.
You'll work closely with customers on both sides and with a collaborative team that's building something new in the creator economy. You'll bring what you learn back to the Product Director and the team, help shape where the product goes, and then work alongside design and engineering to bring it to life.
This is a hands-on role that mixes customer conversations, product definition, and day-to-day delivery. If you enjoy turning what you learn from customers into shipped features, and you like doing it with a team that moves fast and supports each other, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and discovery. Get to know both sides of the XPN marketplace: the game publishers running creator campaigns and the creators bringing those campaigns to life. Talk with customers, gather insights, and keep up with trends in the creator economy and gaming. What you learn shapes where the product goes next.

  • Coordinate the roadmap. Work with the Product Director to turn insights into priorities. Bring ideas and recommendations, balance publisher and creator needs, and help build a roadmap the whole team is excited about.

  • Write product requirements. Turn ideas into clear, well-scoped PRDs that give design and engineering what they need to build with confidence.

  • Manage delivery. Organize the work in Jira and keep design, engineering, and QA aligned and moving from kickoff through release.

  • Track what matters. Define and follow the metrics that show how XPN is working for publishers and creators, and use them to guide what we build next.

  • Keep everyone connected. Be the hub for product communication. Share project status, research, and customer insights with the product team. Keep Business Development, Customer Success, and Marketing up to date on what's shipping and what it means for our partners.

Requirements:

  • Product experience. 3+ years in product management or product ownership, shipping software alongside a dedicated engineering team.
  • Customer insight. You enjoy talking with customers and turning those conversations into insights that shape product decisions. You're comfortable serving more than one type of user and finding solutions that work for everyone involved.

  • Clear writing. You write product requirements that are easy to follow and help the team get aligned quickly.

  • Engineering partnership. You work closely with engineers day to day, making scope and sequencing decisions together, and you're comfortable managing the backlog and tracking work in Jira.

  • Cross-team communication. You enjoy keeping people across the company informed and being a go-to resource for product questions.

  • Adaptability. You're energized by a fast-moving, globally distributed team and comfortable making progress while the picture is still coming together.

  • Video game marketing. You understand how games find and grow their audiences, including user acquisition, community building, and influencer campaigns. We prefer candidates with experience in the creator economy or influencer marketing.

  • Creator platform familiarity. You know how creators work on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, or Kick, including their analytics, audience growth, and monetization tools.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Marketplace or platform experience. You've worked on two-sided marketplaces or platform products.
  • Partner commercial models. Experience with revenue-share or performance-based partner programs.
  • Campaign attribution. Experience with tracking links, conversion attribution, or measuring marketing performance.
  • Data comfort. You can pull and explore your own data with analytics tools.

Benefits:
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, unlimited Flexible Time Off, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee.
