About the Role 
Our growing team is seeking an individual with a proven track record as a SaaS Product Owner to help expand NetVendor’s market-leading PropTech platform through new strategic offerings. This role requires a strong foundation in SaaS product development combined with a modern, AI-accelerated mindset. You will leverage emerging tools and technologies to improve the speed, clarity, and quality of product workflows, translating complex problems into well-defined solutions and driving efficient execution across teams. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver products that exceed customer expectations and drive measurable business growth.

Role Responsibilities 
 

AI-Accelerated Product Development 

  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance speed and quality of product artifacts, including requirements, user stories, and documentation 
  • Utilize modern tools (e.g., Replit or similar) to support rapid prototyping and concept validation 
  • Continuously explore ways to improve product development efficiency through emerging technologies 

Customer & Market Advocacy 

  • Serve as the voice of the customer by partnering with Account Management and Customer Success to understand user needs, workflows, and pain points 
  • Represent both property management clients and vendor users, ensuring solutions deliver value across NetVendor’s two-sided platform 

Product Definition & Execution 

  • Translate product vision and requirements into clear user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria 
  • Own and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with roadmap objectives and business outcomes 
  • Partner with Engineering and QA to ensure high-quality, predictable delivery of features 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Design, Marketing, and Sales to drive alignment from concept through launch 
  • Support go-to-market readiness by ensuring features are well-defined, documented, and communicated 

Agile Delivery & Continuous Improvement 

  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives 
  • Monitor product performance through data and user feedback, iterating to improve adoption, usability, and outcomes 

User Experience & Solution Quality 

  • Ensure features solve real customer problems and deliver intuitive, effective user experiences 
  • Identify gaps, edge cases, and opportunities to improve workflows across the product 

Product Launch & Adoption 

  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to support successful product and feature launches 
  • Help drive user adoption by ensuring features are intuitive, valuable, and clearly communicated 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information technology, marketing), or equivalent practical experience. 
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Product Owner in the SaaS industry. 
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, technologies, and industry trends. 
  • Proficient in agile methodologiesproduct management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, etc.), and AI-enabled solutions like ChatGPT, Claude, Replit, etc. 
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver successful products. 
  • Previous experience in B2C, Marketplace, and/or PropTech (specifically Multifamily Property Management) is a plus, but not a requirement.
