Job Description

We are hiring motivated Chinese English bilingual candidates to join our Global Product Management team, at junior to mid-senior level.

This role focuses on product and project management and technical support for battery packs, battery management systems (BMS), and charger applications. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong learning ability, technical aptitude, and a deep interest in business operations and business development, with the goal of identifying new product applications and supporting customer success.

Key Responsibilities

The role will perform a subset of the following duties, depending on experience level:

Product Project Management & Technical Support

  • Understand and coordinate internal product design efforts related to battery packs, BMS, and chargers

  • Analyze and validate product testing reports; provide technical feedback to internal design teams, project partners, and suppliers

  • Create product design communication materials (PowerPoint and Word)

  • Review and analyze customer product requirement documents

  • Participate in technical and project discussions with customers through written communication, verbal meetings, and recurring working groups

  • Develop design proposals and project timelines; manage product design execution from concept, engineering validation, certification, through pilot production

  • Provide new product support to customers, including troubleshooting, product services, and launch schedule coordination

  • Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including BOM management

  • Work with quality teams to investigate and resolve product quality issues

Business Operations & Business Development Support

Candidates should have a strong interest in business operation and business growth development, including:

  • Support customers and internal business teams with product-related inquiries and initiatives

  • Perform routine product management tasks such as:

    • Product part number creation

    • Datasheet maintenance

    • Product pricing analysis

    • Support for marketing collateral development

  • Assist with product market research to support product strategy and pricing structures

  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to execute new product launch plans

  • Work closely with production and QA teams to ensure product quality and readiness

  • Communicate with vendors regarding product development, manufacturing, and logistics

  • Collaborate with global suppliers to:

    • Communicate product requirements

    • Evaluate supplier proposals for design feasibility and cost

    • Review and verify product testing results

  • Apply project management principles to track progress and manage timelines effectively

Qualifications

  • Chinese-English bilingual communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills

  • Interest in technical products, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration

  • Ability to work with global teams, suppliers, and customers

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, strong attention to details

  • Teamwork player that can work cross many internal functions as well as external customer engagement

Additional Information

Salary 50K-100K depend on experience and duties.
