The Product Strategist will define and shape the vision for new digital products, lead discovery efforts, and ensure alignment across product teams, focusing on AI-infused design and modern experiences.
About Us:
Liatrio is a boutique consulting firm that helps enterprises deliver software faster, safer and more efficiently. Our work is dual mode: engineering delivery and people enablement. We lead DevOps transformations in many different industries, anywhere from financial institutions to healthcare providers to the department of defense.
Job Description:
At Liatrio, we partner with some of our largest enterprise customers to build a modern, product-centric organization. In this role you would be creating a ground-up, visionary product transformation at Fortune 100 enterprises, focusing on new digital capabilities, modern product experiences, and AI-infused product design.
The Product Strategist acts as the visionary force behind new greenfield product ideas and capabilities, working several steps ahead of delivery teams to define what the future product ecosystem should be. This person thinks in terms of value, user experience, market impact, and long-term evolution—not backlog management.
What You'll Do:
- Define, shape, and articulate the vision for new digital products and capabilities across the enterprise.
- Lead discovery efforts to understand user pain points, business challenges, and opportunities for breakthrough digital experiences.
- Translate insights into product vision, multi-phase roadmaps, and clear value propositions.
- Partner with client executives and stakeholders to reimagine their product landscape using modern product, design, and engineering principles.
- Work closely with product owner coaches and delivery teams to ensure strategic alignment and smooth execution.
- Define the next generation of product experiences, including agent-based interactions and AI-enabled workflows.
- Bring a strong point of view on how modern products should be built, validated, and evolved.
- Operate across multiple workstreams and squads, functioning as the “two steps ahead” vision-setter for the entire portfolio.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience defining and scaling digital products in complex enterprises.
- Demonstrated ability to envision new products—not just iterate on existing ones.
- Experience in environments where user-centered design, rapid discovery, and iterative validation are foundational.
- Strong ability to communicate product strategy at all levels, from stakeholders to engineering teams.
- Experience building or influencing product organizations, not just single products.
- Strong understanding of how AI and modern UX patterns fit into the future product lifecycle.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and guide large organizations toward clarity.
