The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Product Strategy & Operations Lead to partner with our CPTO and Product & Engineering leadership team to drive alignment, focus, and execution across the R&D organization.
This is a strategic and operational leadership role - part architect of how we plan and execute, part operator ensuring that our most important initiatives translate from vision to impact. You’ll help the CPTO and leadership team connect strategy to execution, strengthen cross-functional coordination, and scale how the organization runs.
If you’re a structured thinker with experience in strategy consulting, business operations, or technical program leadership, this role gives you the opportunity to influence the trajectory of a growing fintech SaaS company and shape the operating rhythm of its product and engineering engine.
What You’ll DoStrategic Planning & Alignment
Partner with the CPTO and Product & Engineering leadership to drive quarterly strategic planning.
Translate business priorities into clear, actionable initiatives with defined outcomes, owners, and success metrics.
Ensure alignment between product strategy, roadmap investments, and company strategy.
Support board and executive presentations through crisp storytelling and progress summaries.
Act as a trusted advisor to the CPTO, representing them in select meetings, following up on strategic actions, and helping scale their impact across the organization.
Execution & Operating Cadence
Own the operational rhythm of the R&D organization - planning cycles, leadership reviews, KPIs, retrospectives, and communication cadences.
Establish and continuously improve frameworks for execution excellence, including dependency management, prioritization, and risk visibility.
Drive accountability and transparency across initiatives through consistent tracking, reporting, and follow-through.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as a bridge between R&D and GTM teams to ensure initiatives move cohesively from concept to customer value.
Coordinate strategic initiatives spanning multiple domains (e.g., AI, data platform, developer velocity, product quality).
Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales leadership to ensure effective go-to-market readiness for major launches.
Continuous Improvement
Identify and lead process improvement opportunities to make the organization more focused, efficient, and data-driven.
Create and maintain systems and artifacts that enhance decision-making (roadmaps, initiative trackers, KPI dashboards).
Champion a culture of clarity, accountability, and velocity across R&D.

Required
5–10 years of experience in strategy consulting, technical program management, product operations, or equivalent experience.
Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional programs in B2B SaaS companies.
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, technical organizations, and B2B SaaS GTM motions.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to synthesize complexity for executive audiences.
Comfort with metrics, dashboards, and frameworks for measuring organizational effectiveness.
Ability to lead through influence and build alignment and clarity across multiple stakeholders.
Experience building and maintaining operational cadences (planning, retrospectives, reporting, OKRs).
Maintains a professional and current LinkedIn profile, ensuring it is updated upon joining Procurify to reflect their new role and maintain a consistent company presence.
Preferred
Background in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or enterprise software.
Familiarity with AI/ML development processes or data platform initiatives.
Experience supporting or partnering with executive leadership (CPO, CTO, or VP).
PMP, CSM, or similar certification (optional).
You’ll help shape the foundation of Procurify’s next era of innovation and scale.
You’ll drive modernization and enable the engineering teams to move faster and more confidently.

Base Salary Range: $128,000 - $160,000 CAD (This range is dependent on experience and not inclusive of any bonus, commission, benefits or equity that might exist in your total compensation package.)
