The Product Trainer role will be part of our Training Center of Excellence, collaborating closely with the Customer Success and Product Teams. This role will own the design and delivery of high-quality customer training experiences that drive product adoption, usage, and measurable value.
What You'll Do

• Become a subject matter expert on our extensive suite of products.
• Build a strong understanding of client use cases across industries and verticals.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team and customers to identify training goals and independently develop targeted training plans based on customer needs.
• Deliver high-quality virtual instructor-led training (VILT) to individuals and customer teams of all sizes across all products, translating complex concepts into clear, easy to understand learning experiences.
• Own and execute customized training rollouts during customer onboarding, growth, and expansion phases.
• Create and facilitate topic-based live webinar sessions that deliver targeted training to specific user audiences.
• Aid in the creation of supporting training materials that drive customer knowledge, adoption, and utilization.
• Update training content to reflect product enhancements, releases, and customer feedback.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience facilitating virtual instructor led trainings
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Confident, effective oral and written communication skills for engaging individuals and large groups.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team to accomplish goals.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn, paired with a drive to meet and exceed established business objectives.
• Self-motivated with the ability to accept, incorporate, and act on feedback.
• Positive, customer-first mindset with high energy and enthusiasm.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $55,000- $79,000 per year, which represents the base pay the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role. Actual pay within this range will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
Depending on the position, employees may also be eligible to participate in a company bonus or commission plan. All employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, unlimited paid time off, and participation in the company's 401(k) plan with employer contribution.
