About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our growing team. You’ll work directly under our Producer, supporting the day-to-day logistics of multiple productions at once.

You’ll be in the mix from pre-production through wrap, helping keep everything on track. From time to time, you’ll also jump in as a producer on smaller projects.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, willing to put in the hours, and ready to grow in a fast-moving production environment.

Location: Bay Area (required). This role will include in-person shoot days.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Producer with day-to-day production tasks across multiple projects

  • Keep paperwork, files, and communications organized and moving on schedule

  • Assist with coordinating logistics across pre-production and shoot days (crew, talent, locations, rentals, travel)

  • Communicate with clients, crew, and vendors on behalf of the production team

  • Help build and distribute key production docs (call sheets, schedules, contact lists, releases)

  • Track details across rounds and timelines so nothing slips (deliverables, approvals, shot lists, notes)

  • Support on-set execution: coordination, time management, and real-time problem solving

  • Own file organization and handoffs (footage delivery, folder structure, naming, archiving)

  • Jump in wherever needed to help things run smoothly

What We’re Looking For

  • Based in the Bay Area (required)

  • Obsessively detail-oriented. Nothing slips through the cracks

  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects at once

  • Calm, resourceful, and dependable under pressure

  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal

  • Proactive. You find solutions before problems become problems

  • A great team player who is easy to work with and takes ownership

Why Join Nen

  • Be part of a small, fast-growing creative studio trusted by world-class startups and investors

  • Work directly with the partners and production leadership, gaining exposure to both creative and business operations

  • Healthcare coverage, PTO, and company holidays

  • Salary range $60,000-80,000
