We are seeking a Program Analyst to oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as a liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management. The Program Analyst will review project status and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare status reports. This role involves assessing project issues and developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals. The Program Analyst will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and intervene as needed to solve problems with project managers, line managers, and clients. Responsibilities include ensuring contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are met, defining and implementing project planning techniques, developing budgets and schedules, and monitoring performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are achieved. This role can be worked remotely within the United States. Occasional travel to Panama City, Fl required.
QualificationsRequired Education and Experience:
Bachelors and three (3) years or more of related experience; Masters and one (1) year of related experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET clearance throughout the period of performance.
A minimum of three years of experience in program management support, project coordination, or a related role within a DoW contracting or defense manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint is required, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational and follow-through skills.
