What you will do
- Program Design & Management: Develop, manage, and scale the global "Cloudflare for Students" program, including defining eligibility criteria, benefit packages, and program lifecycle.
- Acquisition & Engagement: Drive student sign-ups and platform usage through scalable channels, including digital outreach, campus ambassadors, student developer clubs, hackathons, and direct university partnerships.
- Educational Content: Collaborate with education leaders and the developer relations team to ensure students have access to tailored learning materials, tutorials, and hands-on projects to learn about building AI products on Cloudflare.
- Events & Outreach: Plan and execute student-focused virtual and in-person events, hackathons, and challenges to foster engagement and skill development on key campuses.
- Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key program metrics (e.g., student sign-ups, active usage, retention) and use data to iterate and optimize program success.
- Community Building: Cultivate a vibrant and supportive student developer community around the Cloudflare platform.
Who you are
- 8+ years of experience in program management, community management, or marketing, specifically targeting student or academic audiences in the technology sector.
- Proven ability to launch and scale global programs with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of the education technology landscape and the needs of student developers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.
- For Bay Area based hires: Estimated annual salary of $138,000 - $190,000
- For NYC based hires: Estimated annual salary of $131,000 - $180,000
Equity
This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare's equity plan.
