THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Program Manager, Marketing who can build and run the operational backbone of Baseten’s marketing engine.

This role is about creating clarity, rigor, and velocity across everything marketing touches — from campaign launches to funnel reporting to cross-functional execution. You will ensure that our programs ship on time, our campaigns go live flawlessly, our reporting is trusted, and our team operates with precision.

  • Own the end-to-end operationalization of marketing campaigns across paid, lifecycle, content, and ABM.

  • Build and enforce QA standards to ensure every campaign is deployed accurately (tracking, routing, segmentation, reporting).

  • Maintain clear performance reporting across funnel stages (traffic → MQL → SQL → pipeline → revenue).

  • Run the marketing operating rhythm: bi-weekly planning, sprint tracking, roadmap visibility, and QBR execution.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Design to keep initiatives on track.

  • Continuously improve documentation, process, and workflow automation to make marketing more scalable.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on building systems, eliminating ambiguity, and turning fast-moving growth plans into structured execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Operations & QA

  • Organize, deploy, and launch campaigns across paid channels, email, landing pages, webinars, and lifecycle programs.

  • Ensure flawless setup of UTMs, tracking parameters, form routing, CRM sync, and audience segmentation.

  • Create and enforce pre-launch QA checklists and post-launch validation processes.

  • Maintain naming conventions, tagging hygiene, and documentation standards.

  • Monitor pacing and flag issues before they impact pipeline.

Marketing PMO & Operating Rhythm

  • Run bi-weekly marketing standups, sprint planning, and initiative tracking.

  • Maintain roadmap visibility and status reporting across workstreams.

  • Keep cross-departmental initiatives on schedule and unblock dependencies.

  • Organize and operationalize Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

  • Own meeting agendas, notes, action tracking, and follow-ups.

Reporting & Funnel Analytics

  • Pull recurring reports on campaign performance, funnel conversion, and pipeline contribution.

  • Maintain dashboards in CRM/marketing automation tools and Google Sheets.

  • Track core B2B metrics (CPL, MQL→SQL, pipeline influence, CAC trends, stage conversion rates).

  • Identify inconsistencies in reporting and ensure data integrity.

  • Support executive-ready summaries for leadership and board discussions.

Process, Documentation & Systems

  • Build scalable SOPs, templates, and documentation in tools like Notion.

  • Improve workflows across Asana, Linear, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.

  • Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work.

  • Create operational guardrails that prevent errors and improve repeatability.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Has 3–6 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Program Management, Campaign Operations, or RevOps-adjacent roles.

  • Has built and QA’d multi-channel B2B campaigns end-to-end.

  • Is highly proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, structured reporting).

  • Understands core B2B funnel metrics and how marketing drives pipeline.

  • Is deeply organized and naturally process-oriented.

  • Has experience with workflow tools (Notion, Asana, Linear) and CRM/automation platforms.

  • Has worked in B2B SaaS, infrastructure, or developer-focused products.

  • Thinks in systems and documentation — not just tasks.

  • Is proactive, detail-obsessed, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.

BENEFITS

  • Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity.

  • 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents

  • Generous PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)

  • Paid parental leave

  • Company-facilitated 401(k)

  • Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
