As the Program Manager for Monetization Launch Readiness, you will architect Zoox’s "Order-to-Cash" journey. You will bridge autonomous technology and financial operations, ensuring our payment systems and pricing logic are flawless at scale. You are the driving force behind the commercial roadmap, leading the cross-functional execution required to bring Zoox to market.
In This Role, You Will:
- Market Launch Orchestration: Lead the end-to-end deployment of monetization features across new urban markets, ensuring local payment compliance and operational readiness.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the central nervous system between Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, and Ops to ensure code-complete status and financial reconciliation accuracy.
- Operational Validation: Oversee the rigorous validation pipeline, including "on-vehicle" testing of payment hardware and software to guarantee a frictionless rider experience.
- System Integrity & Triage: Own the "Monetization War Room"—triaging bugs, managing technical debt, and overseeing rapid resolution cycles to meet strict geofence launch deadlines.
- Strategic Planning: Build and maintain the master "Workback Plan," translating high-level executive goals into granular, actionable milestones.
- Process Evolution: Identify systemic bottlenecks in the launch lifecycle and implement scalable improvements to our monetization workflows.
Qualifications:
- The Experience: 5–8 years of professional experience, specifically in New Product Introductions (NPI) or launching complex technical systems at scale.
- The Domain: A multi-disciplinary background with a deep footprint in payments, billing architectures (e.g., SAP BRIM), or financial systems.
- The Pedigree: MBA preferred, or equivalent experience in a high-growth tech environment.
- The Mindset: A "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude. You are as comfortable in a high-level steering committee as you are in the backseat of a robotaxi debugging a payment terminal.
- Communication: The ability to distill complex technical blockers into concise, executive-level status updates and strategic recommendations.
