Who are we?

XNRGY Climate Systems is a leading North American innovator in sustainable thermal management and liquid/air cooling solutions. We design and manufacture high-performance, energy-efficient systems—including custom AHUs, chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, fan arrays, and integrated controls—for mission-critical environments such as hyperscale data centers, healthcare, clean rooms, life sciences, and industrial facilities. Our solutions drive significant reductions in energy use, water consumption, and carbon footprints, supporting Net Zero, LEED, and climate-resilient objectives with advanced AI-enabled technologies.

Our state-of-the-art U.S. headquarters and manufacturing operations in Mesa, Arizona (Mesa 1 fully operational since 2025, with Mesa 2 expansions underway for next-generation air-cooled chillers and more) feature Industry 4.0 capabilities, vertical integration, and rapid scaling to meet booming demand in data center and sustainable infrastructure markets.

The Program Manager - NPI (Manufacturing Engineering) is responsible for leading cross‑functional execution of new product introductions from development through volume production. • Own manufacturing cost targets and support should‑cost analysis and cost‑reduction initiatives.

  • Identify schedule and supply chain risks; develop mitigation and recovery plans.

  • Escalate issues appropriately with clear data‑driven recommendations.

Process Improvement & Standardization

  • Continuously improve NPI processes, templates, and metrics to improve speed, quality, and predictability of launches.

  • Capture lessons learned and ensure best practices are applied to future programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related technical field

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, NPI, program management, or operations leadership

  • Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chains, and quality systems

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
