Role summary
You will lead complex, enterprise-scale technology programs that drive strategic business outcomes for Fortune 500 clients. This role combines executive stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, financial oversight, and governance to deliver transformational IT initiatives with measurable business value.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional technology and infrastructure programs.
  • Align program execution with strategic business objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish governance frameworks, operating models, and decision-making processes.
  • Develop and manage integrated program plans, schedules, resource allocation, and critical path activities.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Facilitate executive-level communications, steering committee meetings, and program reviews.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and issues throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Manage multimillion-dollar program budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and resource optimization.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and Project Coordinators, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop executive dashboards and performance reporting to communicate program health and business impact.
  • Champion collaboration, innovation, and agile delivery practices across delivery teams.

Requirements – Must-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5+ years leading large, complex, cross-functional IT or infrastructure programs.
  • Experience in Professional Services and/or Managed Services environments.
  • Proven experience managing executive stakeholders and delivering strategic business initiatives.
  • Strong leadership experience managing and developing high-performing project teams.
  • Expertise in program governance, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
  • Strong financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and financial reporting for large programs.
  • Experience with enterprise program management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence across matrixed organizations.

Nice-to-haves (optional)

  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or ITIL certifications.
  • Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience managing global delivery teams and distributed programs.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology solutions.
