  • Align execution with customer expectations to ensure consistent delivery

Please note this hybrid role can work from any of these locations: Harleysville, PA; Brookston, IN; Bethesda, MD; Belle Chasse, LA; Bay St. Louis, MS. It will require roughly 30% travel.

How You Work

  • You take ownership and follow through
  • You’re analytical but practical—you ground ideas in reality
  • You influence effectively, even without direct authority
  • You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • You value safety, respect different perspectives, and lead with professionalism

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • 8+ years managing complex project portfolios
  • Experience leading teams or programs
  • Experience in Government, OEM, or strategic account environments preferred
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Hybrid role with flexibility across listed locations
  • Approximately 30% travel to manufacturing facilities
  • Frequent time on the production floor for collaboration and oversight
  • Ability to move throughout plant environments and lift up to 25 lbs (OSHA-compliant)
