Job Title: Program Manager 

Job Summary: The Program Manager oversees campaign workflows for nonprofit clients, managing briefs, deadlines, and creative calendars to ensure smooth delivery. They coordinate closely with SAMs and PLs, owning timelines, reviews, approvals, and QA while keeping projects organized in Deltek and Asana. By safeguarding version control, enforcing scope discipline, and streamlining asset traffic, they protect designers’ time and maintain efficiency across all creative outputs.

Key Responsibilities: 
      Oversee intake, briefs, and deadlines to ensure smooth project flow
      Partner closely with SAMs and PLs to align on priorities and deliverables
      Manage and maintain creative calendars across multiple nonprofit campaigns
      Own timelines, reviews, approvals, and quality assurance processes
      Keep projects organized and on track within Deltek and Asana
      Traffic creative assets to and from Mutiny for seamless collaboration
      Safeguard version control and enforce scope discipline to prevent rework
      Protect designers’ time by minimizing chaos and streamlining workflows

Minimum Qualifications: 
      7-8 years of experience in project management, preferably within a large or fast‑paced agency environment Proven ability to manage complex creative workflows across multiple clients or campaigns
      Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Deltek and Asana
      Demonstrated skill in coordinating cross‑functional teams and maintaining version/scope control
      Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities

The salary range below represents the base salary range for this role in the United States. Final compensation will be determined based on professional experience, scope of responsibilities, and overall business needs.
Salary Range: $110,000–$125,000
