  • Adapt quickly to changing project priorities, workflows, and requirements.
  • Support continuous improvements to project operations, data processes, and team coordination.
3. Qualifications
  • Location: Must be based in the United States.
  • Education: STEM or another quantitatively oriented academic background strongly preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, program operations, or a related role, with experience coordinating large or cross-functional teams.
  • AI/Data Experience: Hands-on experience working on AI training-data, human-data, data operations, AI evaluation, or research programs as a project coordinator, team lead, EPM, program specialist, or expert contributor.
  • Experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, distributed teams, or large groups of subject-matter experts.
  • Strong data-management skills, including proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with SQL.
  • Working knowledge of programming or software-development concepts is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and dependencies simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead meetings, coordinate teams, communicate expectations, and drive follow-through.
  • Prior people-management or team-leadership experience is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, identify problems proactively, and operate effectively in a fast-changing environment.
4. Preferred Experience
  • Previous project or program coordination experience within AI, machine learning, data labeling, model evaluation, or research operations.
  • Experience supporting AI or data programs at large technology organizations.
  • Experience managing expert contributor programs or coordinating large networks of specialized professionals.
  • Prior experience in an EPM, project lead, program coordinator, or operations role within AI or data-focused initiatives.
5. What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating at the intersection of people, data, and technology. You should be able to turn ambiguous requirements into clear actions, keep stakeholders aligned, identify operational risks early, and ensure projects continue moving forward despite changing priorities.
