Description

Agru America, Inc., is a global corporation which has been manufacturing plastics for over 70 years. Since 1988, Georgetown, South Carolina-based Agru America, Inc. has been the world’s leading manufacturer of plastics and geosynthestics. We are growing our team and are looking for motivated individuals. 

The Project Coordinator will work collaboratively with the sales team, management, customers, and internal members to deliver exceptional sales support. They are a direct customer support contact of Agru America to its customer base. 

Responsibilities:

· Accurate & timely entry of sales orders, purchase orders, quotes, and invoicing

· Following up with customers 

· Maintain a working knowledge of the products including their performance and applications

· Determine quantities of all products & materials required to manufacture & ship an order

· Ensure raw material inventories do not drop below the minimum required quantity & notify when reorders need to occur to avoid running out of inventory

· Prepare all shipping documents

· Any other duties that the Company, in its sole discretion, may assign as needed.

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities: 

· Strong mathematic skills & unit conversion skills

· Strong organizational skills

· High attention to detail

· Verbal and written communication skills in English. 

· Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Education and Experience:

· High School diploma / GED, required

· Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or other related field, preferred. 

· Previous experience in customer service or inventory, required.

· Experience with ERP systems, preferred.

Physical Requirements: 

· Must be able to work in a non-controlled environment

· On the 1st of the month following 90 days of employment, you will be eligible to enroll in our 401k plan offered through John  Hancock with a company match of 4%.
