To support in the planning, organization, management, and implementation of projects.

Responsibilities

 Supports the successful implementation of projects with a range of low to mediumcomplexity, scope, and schedule. Supports in the development and maintenance of project plans and budget summaries. Supports project manager in developing, streamlining, and implementing newlyestablished processes. May assist with the hand-off of established processes, as well as project deliverables toappropriate business owner(s). May assist in follow-up with project stakeholders and subject matter experts onoutstanding project deliverables. Provides technical and administrative support for the development of business cases,project charters, and other project documentation or reports. Utilizes project management software, tools, and resources needed for project planningand execution. Tracks and compiles project data for project team analysis/review. Assists in managing, tracking, processing, and maintaining upkeep and/or version controlof project paperwork per department specifications. Assist with developing and publishing communications to project stakeholders. Utilizes online collaboration applications. Coordinates and as directed, facilitates internal and external meetings. Develops and publishes agendas, meeting minutes, and necessary documentation. Assists with planning and coordination of events, conferences, and webinars, as needed. Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Education and Experience

High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one (1) year projectcoordination or relevant experience.

 

 

Special Skills, Licenses and Certifications

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interpretand articulate project requirements to involved stakeholders. Stronginterpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to establish andmaintain effective working relationships across all levels within theorganization. Detail-oriented. Strong organization skills with ability toprioritize assignments, manage time effectively, and coordinate projectactivities between multiple groups. Strong decision-making, problemsolving, critical thinking skills. Able to work under pressure and meetcritical deadlines in a fast-moving environment. Adaptable to acontinuous changing environment. Knowledge of project managementmethodologies is highly desirable. Proficient experience in use ofvarious computer system software including Windows, MicrosoftWord, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint. Valid Californiadriver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance compliantwith Partnership’s policy are required to operate a vehicle and travelfor company business

 

 

Performance Based Competencies

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintaincourtesy and composure when dealing with internal and externalcustomers. Ability to function effectively with frequent interruptionsand direction from multiple team members.



Work Environment And Physical Demands

More than 50% of work time is spent using a desktop computer. Whennecessary, the ability to lift, carry, or move manuals and reports,weighing up to 10 lbs.

HIRING RANGE:


$74,897.69 - $93,622.12
