Project Coordinator –

Marketing, Social Media & Website Management

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Contract

FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt

Department: Business Development

Reports to: Client Success Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support and manage day-to-day initiatives across marketing, social media, and website operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing structure to creative projects, and can seamlessly coordinate tasks between internal teams and external partners.

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring brand visibility, consistent messaging, and smooth execution of all digital and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

·         Marketing Coordination

ü  Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email, digital, and content-driven initiatives. Etc.

ü  Maintain marketing calendars, deadlines, and project timelines.

ü  Coordinate with vendors, designers, writers, and internal teams to ensure deliverables stay on track.

ü  Organize marketing assets, brand materials, and documentation.

ü  Support market research activities to help inform strategy and content direction.

·         Social Media Management

ü  Manage daily posting, scheduling, and content planning across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

ü  Collaborate with leadership to create content themes aligned with brand goals.

ü  Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and track performance metrics.

ü  Ensure brand voice, tone, and visuals remain consistent across channels.

ü  Collect analytics reports and provide monthly performance summaries.

·         Website Management

ü  Update website content, service pages, blogs, and visuals as needed.

ü  Coordinate with developers or website support teams for technical updates.

ü  Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy, functionality, and brand alignment.

ü  Manage integrations, forms, landing pages, and SEO basics (meta descriptions, keywords, tagging, etc.).

·         Project & Administrative Support

ü  Track tasks and milestones using project management tools (Zoho Projects).

ü  Prepare weekly status reports for leadership.

ü  Support onboarding of new marketing tools, systems, and workflows.

ü  Maintain organized documentation for all marketing and digital operations.

ü  Assist with special projects as assigned.

RequirementsQualifications

·         2+ years’ experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, or digital communications (preferred but not required).

·         Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Canva, Social media sites, Meta Business Suite).

·         Experience with website platforms such as WordPress.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·         Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

·         Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while supporting cross-functional teams.

·         Basic understanding of analytics, SEO, and content creation is a plus.

This is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) role. All team members are required to use their own computer, which must meet our system requirements to ensure compatibility with company applications and tools.

·         16 GB of RAM

·         Minimum of 256 GB of storage

·         Minimum of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed
