As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in project planning, coordinate meetings, manage customer accounts, and support finance with invoicing and purchasing.
Summary:
Atomica is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Program Management team on fast-paced R&D projects. Strong communication and organizational skills are key. This role offers growth potential into Program Management and the chance to contribute to innovative, future-shaping technologies.
Objectives:
- Assist with planning and coordination of project activities
- Update and manage customer accounts in PSA and CRM systems
- Coordinate meetings and maintain thorough project documentation, including agendas, notes, presentation preparation, and supporting materials for the Program Management team
- Assist Finance with invoicing, purchasing, and customer communications
Capabilities:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proven ability to quickly learn new skills, technologies, and processes
- Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR (citizen, green card holder, refugee, or asylum seeker)
- Ability to work onsite at Atomica in Goleta, CA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar software
- Experience with enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, MES) and data tools (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI)
- Familiarity with project management principles and metrics (preferred)

$75,000-90,000
