Lead the evolution of RH’s internal digital experience platform by translating business needs into platform capabilities, user flows, and requirements. Use analytics, feedback, and cross-functional collaboration to improve usability, discoverability, engagement, accessibility, and content effectiveness. Empower content owners, maintain governance, and uphold RH brand and content standards across the platform.
RH is seeking a Project Leader of Digital Experience to join our Optimization team and shape an elevated, intuitive and inspiring digital workplace experience. In this role you will reimagine how our Team Members discover information, connect with the organization and engage with our internal digital ecosystem, bringing together creative vision, thoughtful design, technology and insights to continually raise the bar.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development of new platform capabilities, translating business needs into user flows and requirements in partnership with Engineering.
- Leverage analytics, user behavior and Team Member feedback to identify opportunities and continuously improve usability, discoverability and engagement.
- Cultivate strong cross-functional partnerships while empowering content owners and editors to deliver an exceptional Team Member experience.
- Drive the ongoing evolution of the platform, removing friction and advancing functionality, accessibility and content effectiveness.
- Elevate the quality and consistency of the experience by championing RH brand standards, content guidelines and governance across the platform.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience shaping content and digital experiences for intranets, employee portals, websites, and other digital experience platforms
- Strong knowledge of user experience, information architecture, content governance, and content lifecycle practices, with a focus on simplifying complex challenges
- Demonstrated experience translating analytics, user feedback, and business needs into thoughtful improvements that increase discoverability, engagement, and ease of use
- Elevated visual sensibility and graphic design capabilities, with a commitment to quality and exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in Mac OS, Google suite, and Microsoft office suite; experience in Igloo/AppSpace and Canva is a plus
- An effective communicator and collaborator who can articulate ideas, build strong cross-functional relationships and brings a thoughtful, improvement-focused approach to their work

- Frequent periods working at a computer and engaging with digital platforms
- Frequent communication and collaboration with Team Members and cross-functional partners, both in person and through digital channels
