Job Description

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Provide world-class, consultative services to a curated set of clients through the entire event project life cycle, including: 
  • Understand clients’ event-related goals and objectives 
  • Ensure initial configuration and event set-up is performed accurately and in a timely fashion  
  • Assist with iterative configuration changes through the event cycle 
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting complex or hard-to-diagnose challenges they are facing in their use of the software 
  • Consult/train clients on how to best use the software to support their unique requirements and workflows 
  • Ensure that clients make use of our Product Education team and resources so they are properly enabled to use our products 
  • Guide clients in how to engage with our Support team for rapid and/or asynchronous response to their questions/issues 
  • Be a subject matter expert on the proper implementation and use of a2z products and services internally 
  • Create Statement of Work where the scope of the project is being exceeded 
  • Work collaboratively with the Account Management (AM) team to assess client health and share opportunities for the AMs to sell additional products and services 
  • Contribute to defining and implementing industry-standard project management processes, systems, SOPs and tools across the Project Management team

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years of client-facing work experience
  • Knowledge of trade show industry and/or professional associations expected
  • Expert in conducting requirements analysis with strong technical and business requirements writing skills
  • Must exhibit excellent attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills
  • Must be able to work on multiple clients’ projects simultaneously and continuously.
  • Must have proven strong customer service and communication skills – both verbal and written to communicate value
  • Workload planning, performance monitoring, profit monitoring and analysis
  • Quickly learn new technologies, understand project requirements, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
