Job Description

The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail‑oriented professional with a strong foundation in project management and background delivering projects in the Manufacturing/Logistics/Production Facility/Warehouse/Industrial Real Estate sector. He/She will plan, lead, and deliver industrial development and operational improvement projects that are completed on time, within budget, aligned with operational needs, and built to the required technical, safety, and regulatory standards.

  • Lead End‑to‑End Project Coordination
  • Manage cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Drive site development and facility construction activities
  • Monitor regulatory and compliance adherence
  • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans
  • Risk & Issue Management Support
  • Manage vendor and contract administration
  • Provide project reporting and governance updates

Qualifications

  • Degree in Civil engineering, MEP engineering, architecture, construction management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in project management, manufacturing project experience preferred.
  • Strong foundational project management skills, experienced in Manufacturing/Logistics/Production Facility/Warehouse/Industrial Real Estate sector.
  • Team player, also able to work autonomously. Agile, and adaptable to fast‑paced environments with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
