The Project Manager, Arrowhead Creative Services is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of creative and marketing projects (from intake and briefing through production, compliance review, and final delivery) in a fast-paced, highly regulated insurance environment. This role supports Arrowhead Creative Services (ACS), the in-house creative team serving stakeholders and business units across Arrowhead Intermediaries, including the Marketing organization’s strategists and the Programs, Wholesale, and Specialty divisions. This role owns the day-to-day administration of the creative services intake and workflow process (the Creative Queue) within Wrike, ensuring effective resource management, clear stakeholder communication, and on-time delivery of high-quality work. Working closely with the VP of Marketing & Creative Services, this position exercises discretion in scheduling, prioritizing, and routing projects across ACS, cross-functional teams, individual profit centers, and external partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following, (other duties may be assigned):

  • Manage the full lifecycle of creative and marketing projects, including intake, scoping, briefing, scheduling, resourcing, production, review, and delivery across presentation, digital, print, video, social media, and event channels.
  • Administer and continuously optimize the team's Wrike environment (request forms, workflows, blueprints, dashboards, proofing/approval routing, and reporting) and train team members and stakeholders on best practices.
  • Own and manage the creative services intake and workflow process (Creative Queue) to ensure effective resource management, accurate prioritization, and on-time delivery.
  • Build and maintain realistic project timelines that account for the compliance, legal, and brand review cycles required in a regulated insurance environment.
  • Route creative assets through the established compliance review process; track required disclosures and approvals and maintain audit-ready documentation and version control.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between ACS and stakeholders across Arrowhead Intermediaries, including Marketing strategists and the Programs, Wholesale, and Specialty divisions, setting clear expectations on scope, timing, and deliverables.
  • Monitor team capacity and workload; flag resourcing conflicts early and partner with the VP of Marketing & Creative Services to prioritize competing requests.
  • Coordinate work with external agencies and freelancers that supplement in-house capabilities.
  • Run status meetings, publish project updates, and proactively surface risks, blockers, and dependencies to leadership.
  • Help establish and continually improve standards for work quality, process efficiency, and on-time project delivery within ACS.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as needed.

CERTIFICATES LICENSES AND REGISTRATION

  • None required;
  • PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years of project management experience in a creative, marketing, or agency environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing projects in Wrike, including request forms, workflows, dashboards, and proofing/approval features.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry (insurance or financial services strongly preferred), including familiarity with legal and compliance review processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of creative production processes across print, digital, video, email, and web, including print production and vendor management.
  • Sharp attention to detail, especially regarding regulatory disclosures, versioning, and documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Pay Range

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
