Striim is used by enterprise companies to monitor events across any environment, build applications that drive digital transformation, and leverage true real-time analytics to provide a superior experience to their customers. At our company, we believe and expect all of our employees to operate as one with unlimited potential and dignity.

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to manage the operational coordination of customer cloud migration initiatives across our Microsoft and Google partner ecosystems.

  • Act as the liaison between customers, hyperscaler partners, system integrators, and internal Striim teams.
  • Own day-to-day communication throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Provide proactive updates on status, milestones, risks, and next steps.
  • Ensure a consistent and professional customer experience from kickoff through project completion.

  • Register migration opportunities within hyperscaler partner portals.
  • Maintain co-sell registration IDs and associated contacts in Salesforce.
  • Track close dates, deal values, and win-loss updates.
  • Submit required close requests and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Monitor partner notification channels and update internal tracking.

Reporting and Forecast Support

  • Audit migration and conversion opportunities for data accuracy.
  • Maintain reporting on active migrations, conversion pipeline, license expirations, and partner dashboards.
  • Support forecast preparation through data validation and reporting.
  • Maintain shared migration trackers and internal operational dashboards.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as the operational liaison between Sales, Partner, Technical, and Marketing teams.
  • Track inbound migration requests and route them to the appropriate internal resources.
  • Participate in recurring migration coordination meetings.
  • Support the capture of migration success stories for marketing publication.
Requirements
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in project coordination, partnership alliances, account management, or program operations in a SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience managing customer-facing projects or operational workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort in maintaining structured data in systems such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to proactively drive initiatives forward and ensure follow-through across internal teams.
  • Experience with cloud platforms or hyperscaler ecosystems, such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS, is strongly preferred.
  • Formal project coordination training or PMP certification, preferred.
