We're looking for a Project Manager of Creative Operations & Systems who is responsible for how creative work moves, from idea to execution to launch. This role builds the structure, systems, and operating rhythm that allow designers, writers, product teams, and partners to do their best work without friction, burnout, or confusion. You'll run the creative operating model that keeps brand, product, and campaigns aligned and shipping—turning complexity into clarity, velocity into sustainability, and ambition into execution.
- Own and evolve the end-to-end creative workflow, from intake and prioritization to resourcing, delivery, and retrospectives
- Establish tools, processes, and rituals that scale creative output without slowing teams or diluting craft
- Make ownership, timelines, dependencies, and decisions visible across Brand, Product, Marketing, and external partners
- Partner with creative leadership to align roadmaps, balance capacity, and ensure the right work gets done at the right time
- Oversee timelines, budgets, vendors, and production details for multi-track creative initiatives and launches
- Audit what's working (and what isn't), refine systems, and codify best practices as Everfit grows
- Lead by simplifying (not complicating), protecting creative focus through better systems, making tradeoffs explicit, and keeping teams focused on outcomes
- Have 7–10+ years of experience across creative operations, producing, or project/program management in brand, product, or mixed environments
- Possess a track record of shipping complex, multi-disciplinary work with pace and precision
- Have experience building workflows, systems, and tooling that support creative teams
- Are comfortable managing budgets, resourcing, timelines, and vendors
- Demonstrate strong cross-functional communication skills and are trusted by creatives and business partners alike
- Maintain a calm, steady presence under pressure
- Believe creative excellence depends on the systems around it
- Have supported designers, writers, and product teams and know how to unblock them
- Are energized by building order without killing momentum
- Balance urgency with sustainability and protect team health
- Know when to get in the weeds and when to zoom out and set rhythm
- Adapt systems to people, not the other way around
- Help shape how millions of people discover and connect with fitness coaches
- Work with autonomy and ownership on high-impact projects
- Join a collaborative, global team with experience from leading tech and fitness companies
- Enjoy competitive salary, equity, and performance bonuses
- Build something meaningful that helps people live better, healthier lives
