Job Summary
FreeWheel is looking for a Project Manager who will take on the management of low complexity client implementations as well as internal initiatives with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope The project manager will manage the complete life cycle of simple to moderately complex projects, including execution and closeout to ensure planned results are achieved on time. Project Manager will coordinate the activities of a cross-functional team. The project manager will be able to work with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge while ensuring high quality delivery of FreeWheel services. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work for Comcast in the United States without a current or potential future need for sponsorship. Candidates will be prioritized who have strong understanding of the ad tech or CTV landscape.

Additional Range: This job can be performed in Maryland, and New Jersey with a Pay Range of $62,500.80 - $98,438.76

Job Description
- Serve as the central point of contact (POC) on standard implementations of FreeWheel services and products
- Manage a cross-functional team including clients, third party vendors, and other internal resources; coordinates activities to achieve goals.
- Uses project plan templates based on client needs and timeline, including critical path, key milestones, and deliverables - adjusting accordingly
- Ensure that all engagements are delivered on-time and within scope.
- Use formal Project Management processes and tools to manage resources, deliverables, risks, and scope change.
- Identify project scope and objectives. Manage changes to project scope and schedule using appropriate verification techniques
- Maintain communication with stakeholders. Deliver status reports to manager, vendors, stakeholders, and resources tailored to audience.
- Address problems through risk management and contingency planning and present solutions and/or options to executive management.
- Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the lifecycle of the engagement.
