We are looking for a multifaceted Project Manager to join our Global Scaled Operations team. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to steer projects from conception through to completion, ensuring that they not only meet but exceed our rigorous standards of excellence. You Will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects, focusing on process and tool improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage project scopes, goals and deliverables with partners at all levels.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans while tracking milestones.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, maintaining objectives and key results and providing regular updates
- Identify areas of improvement through data analysis, present recommendations and creatively develop solutions to resolve discrepancies
You Have:
- 3+ years of experience in project management with a focus on operations, Trust & Safety experience is a plus
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams, specifically product, engineering and vendors
- Demonstrated ability to lead and implement projects at scale and adapt to changing priorities
- Project Management certification or consulting experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
Annual Salary Range
$109,600—$135,510 USD
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
