itD is seeking a Project Manager III to support an AI Data Acquisition team by driving project execution, maintaining project tracking and reporting, and coordinating across internal teams, researchers, and external partners. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and partnership experience, with a track record of keeping complex initiatives organized, driving follow-ups, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time.

Location: MPK – Onsite/Hybrid
Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5 days per week; no overtime
Duration: ASAP through December 31, 2026, with possibility of extension or conversion

Rate: $30/hr

Responsibilities

  • Lead project tracking and management across multiple stakeholders, ensuring roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and timelines are clearly documented and monitored.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize project trackers, spreadsheets, dashboards, and other tools to provide visibility into project progress and action items.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather status updates, identify blockers, and drive timely completion of deliverables.
  • Generate regular project reports and summaries based on tracker data for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding of researchers, external collaborators, and other partners by coordinating required documentation and tracking completion.
  • Manage NDA workflows by monitoring status, following up with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring required documentation is completed in accordance with internal policies.
  • Engage with internal and external partners to drive action items forward, proactively follow up on outstanding tasks, and escalate issues when needed.

Internal Responsibilities

  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 5–7 years of overall professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management with multiple stakeholders, including tracking responsibilities, reporting status, and driving follow-ups.
  • Experience with project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
  • Experience working in a partnership or partner-management environment.
  • Previous Meta experience is required.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or project management/tracking software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience handling sensitive information and compliance-related documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Knowledge of AI concepts, AI tooling, or AI-related workflows.
  • Experience working for an AI-focused company or within an AI/data environment.
  • Background in the technology industry.
  • Experience working with researchers or external collaborators.
  • Familiarity with data sourcing or partnership management.
  • Background in the legal field, particularly with agreements, NDAs, or compliance documentation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
