As a Project Manager, Integrated Marketing, you are an embedded delivery lead serving multiple business unit pods within Hagerty's integrated marketing model. This role is responsible for end-to-end project management across Marketplace, Insurance, HDC, and additional pods as the operational model scales — ensuring integrated campaign delivery with consistency, stakeholder clarity, and cross-pod accountability. You're a skilled juggler who builds trust quickly, manages complexity without drama, and keeps multiple workstreams moving simultaneously.

What You'll Do

•      Own project delivery for all assigned pod initiatives — managing timelines, milestones, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional coordination from brief to completion

•      Manage multiple stakeholder groups concurrently, maintaining clarity on priorities, dependencies, and delivery sequencing across pods

•      Partner with pod marketing leads to translate business objectives into executable, milestone-driven project plans

•      Coordinate across MarComms, creative, production, and channel functions to drive integrated delivery for each pod

•      Maintain project plans and delivery tracking in Asana, providing consistent visibility into pod portfolio health for leadership

•      Identify and escalate cross-pod dependencies, capacity constraints, and delivery risks before they become issues

•      Adapt quickly as new pods come online — building relationships, establishing ways of working, and creating stability in evolving environments

•      Report on project status, pod delivery health, and capacity utilization to the IMO Lead

This Might Describe You

•      5–6 years of project management experience in marketing, agency, or integrated campaign delivery

•      Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently across different stakeholder groups

•      Strong prioritization skills and comfort operating in fast-evolving, ambiguous environments

•      Experience with Workfront or equivalent project management platforms

•      Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across all levels of an organization

Over and Above

•      Background managing marketing programs across multiple business units, brands, or channels simultaneously

•      Experience in financial services, insurance, or marketplace businesses

•      Automotive or enthusiast brand experience a plus
