The Project Manager will oversee Market Risk or Credit Risk projects in a financial services setting, leading initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery.
We are looking for a strong Project Manager with direct experience managing Market Risk or Credit Risk projects within a banking or financial services environment. The candidate must be able to lead risk initiatives, coordinate with business and technology stakeholders, and drive end-to-end delivery.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of Project Management experience in banking/capital markets
- Hands-on project delivery experience in Market Risk and/or Credit Risk
- Solid understanding of risk concepts: VaR, sensitivities, stress testing, exposure, limits, RWA, Basel frameworks
- Experience gathering requirements and working with Risk, Technology, Front Office, and Compliance teams
- Strong skills in project planning, RAID tracking, governance reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Experience with risk systems, data flows, or regulatory initiatives is preferred
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus
