Project Manager, Procurement
We are seeking a highly experience Project Manager, Procurement expert to drive project governance, delivery oversight, reporting excellence and process standardization across the Japan factories and implementation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. PMO role
- PMO Governance
- Dashboard Management
- Project & Program Management
2. Category Manager role for Compressor parts category
- Team management to 2 direct reports
- Build Category strategy and align with cross functional team
- Business Continuity Plan
- KPI management:
Material productivity.
Dual sourcing target,
Payment term etc.
Key requirement
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimally 5 years in supply chain management experience
- Strong understanding and background of project management
- Strong communication skill with cross functional team, and multi task management skill
- Excellent reporting, analytical and communication skills
- Hybrid working location is required between Tokyo and Fuji offices
- Business level English and Japanese is required. TOEIC:>750
