This role will drive Windchill implementations across engineering, product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and IT, ensuring alignment across technical teams and executive stakeholders.

The ideal candidate understands the complexity of hardware lifecycle management, engineering change control, and PLM integrations in semiconductor or high-tech environments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Windchill PLM implementations
  • Manage program governance, budgets, milestones, and executive reporting
  • Oversee BOM management, ECO/ECN workflows, and product data governance
  • Coordinate data migration and legacy PLM system rationalization
  • Manage PLM integrations with ERP (SAP preferred) and manufacturing systems
  • Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and IT teams
  • Coordinate system integrators and global delivery teams

Requirements
  • 10+ years Project Management experience
  • 5+ years delivering PTC Windchill PLM programs
  • Experience with hardware product lifecycle management
  • Strong understanding of complex BOM structures and engineering change control
  • Experience integrating PLM with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Background in semiconductor, high-tech, or hardware product environments
  • PMP preferred
