Role Overview

  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional programs focused on end-to-end software delivery execution
  • Own release lifecycle management and the rollout of new platform capabilities
  • Drive business-critical outcomes across Product, Engineering, Operations, and key stakeholder groups
  • Bring structure to complex initiatives and strengthen launch readiness
  • Ensure new capabilities are successfully adopted in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
  • This role is based in the San Francisco market

What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive end-to-end program execution across the full software development lifecycle, including intake, planning, delivery, launch, adoption, and post-release learning
  • Lead release lifecycle management including release calendars, readiness reviews, go/no-go frameworks, dependency tracking, and post-release validation
  • Drive implementation and rollout of new platform capabilities through pilots, phased launches, enablement plans, and operational readiness
  • Establish and maintain program governance through milestones, operating cadences, dashboards, and executive-level status reporting
  • Identify risks, blockers, and trade-offs early, escalating with clear and actionable recommendations
  • Track and continuously improve delivery, quality, and adoption outcomes using measurable metrics

What We’re Looking For

  • 6–10+ years of program management experience in product-driven or technology-focused environments
  • Strong experience leading complex, cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, QA, Support, Finance, and Operations
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern delivery practices including Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and release planning
  • Proven experience rolling out new capabilities with a focus on operational readiness and adoption
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing multi-team release trains and formal launch governance
  • Familiarity with delivery and quality metrics such as cycle time, defect escape rate, and rollback rate
  • Experience in SaaS platforms, logistics, supply chain, marketplaces, or other operationally complex systems
  • PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master certification, or equivalent experience
