Requirements

  • 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects
  • Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines (e.g., product launches, trade shows) with critical-path and buffer management
  • Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths
  • Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes
  • Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines)
  • Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams
  • Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting
  • Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives
  • Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies
  • Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams
  • Ability to overlap US business hours
  • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications
