YOUR MISSION

Support the successful execution of the Digital & Technology roadmap by coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables, managing project governance processes, and ensuring compliance with project management standards. Operational and administrative support to D&T Senior Director and Project Managers while facilitating resource onboarding/offboarding, project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications.

  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items, following up with responsible teams.
  • Coordinate project meetings, workshops, including agenda preparation and meeting minutes.
  • Support project status reporting and preparation of management presentations.
  • Monitor project KPIs and provide updates on progress, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with established project management methodologies, standards, and templates.
  • Support testing, cut-over planning, hypercare and transition to support activities.
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for team members and external partners.
  • Support project governance processes and PMO activities, maintaining project repositories, templates, standards, and lessons learned documentation.
  • Prepare status reports, dashboards, presentations and executive summaries.
  • Timely follow-up of actions, risks, issues, and dependencies.

YOUR TALENT

Need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, project administration, or related
  • Advanced English
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, etc.)
  • Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint)
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Experience working in multicultural or regional environments

Nice to have:

  • Agile, Scrum, CAPM, or similar certifications
  • Understanding of ERP and digital transformation environments
