SolvOne is expanding our Project Team! 

SolvOne is seeking a Project Manager to support a large-scale program involving projects across multiple locations. This role will oversee projects from planning through completion, coordinating with internal teams, clients, contractors, and other partners to help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

· Receive project turnover information from the customer’s Construction Managers

· Travel to assigned store locations to conduct post-construction punch walks

· Compare completed work against approved plans and scopes

· Identify incomplete, deficient, damaged, or noncompliant work requiring correction

· Create detailed punch lists including responsible parties and required completion dates

· · Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate resolution of punch list items

· Track all outstanding items through completion

· Maintain accurate and timely project records

· Provide regular status updates

· Escalate unresolved issues

· Manage multiple projects and travel assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines

· Organize travel efficiently to support multiple project locations within an assigned region

· Participate in project meetings

· Follow all customer safety, confidentiality, documentation, and site-access requirements

Qualifications

· Demonstrated project management experience, preferably involving multiple simultaneous projects, locations, and stakeholders

· Willingness and ability to travel by air and/or car approximately two to three weeks per month required

· Ability to work independently and make sound decisions without continuous supervision.

· Strong organizational and follow-through skills

· Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies between completed work and documented requirements

· Ability to read and interpret site plans, scopes of work, and project documentation.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to manage competing deadlines and changing priorities

· Proficiency with standard business applications and the ability to learn customer-specific project management systems

· Ability to efficiently manage geographically dispersed projects

· This is a full-time, salaried position working regular business hours, M-F

· Must be based in KY, MD, MI, PA, or TX

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
