Job Title: Project Manager
Reports To: Project Management Office
Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for driving the day‑to‑day execution of creative deliverables for nonprofit clients. This role manages timelines, tasks, and approvals across multiple campaigns, ensuring assets move smoothly from brief to delivery. Working closely with SAMs, PLs, designers, and copywriters, the Project Manager keeps work organized in Deltek and Asana, maintains clear communication across teams, and ensures every deliverable meets quality standards. They play a critical role in reducing chaos, protecting creative team bandwidth, and ensuring campaigns launch on time and on spec.
Essential Job Functions:
● Manage daily project workflows, tasks, and deadlines across multiple nonprofit campaigns Translate briefs into actionable project plans with clear timelines and task assignments
● Coordinate closely with SAMs and PLs to confirm priorities, resourcing, and deliverable expectations
● Maintain and update Asana and Deltek to ensure accurate tracking of tasks, statuses, and dependencies
● Facilitate reviews, gather feedback, and manage approval cycles for creative assets
● Traffic assets between internal teams and external partners (including Mutiny) to ensure smooth handoffs
● Monitor scope, flag risks early, and escalate blockers to keep projects on track
● Maintain version control and ensure all creative files are organized and up to date
● Support QA processes to ensure deliverables meet brand, accessibility, and platform standards
● Protect designers’ and copywriters’ time by reducing last‑minute requests and enforcing workflow discipline
Core Competencies:
Project Execution & Workflow Management: Drives day‑to‑day project progress with precision, ensuring tasks, timelines, and dependencies are clearly defined, tracked, and completed. Anticipates bottlenecks early and keeps work moving smoothly across multiple campaigns.
Cross‑Functional Coordination: Communicates proactively with SAMs, PLs, designers, copywriters, and external partners to keep everyone aligned on priorities, expectations, and next steps. Ensures information flows clearly and consistently across teams.
Organization & Attention to Detail: Maintains impeccable project documentation, version control, and task accuracy within Asana and Deltek. Ensures every deliverable meets requirements, follows process, and is properly reviewed before launch.
Problem Solving & Risk Management: Identifies issues early, proposes solutions quickly, and escalates when needed to protect timelines and creative team bandwidth. Maintains calm and clarity in fast‑moving environments, ensuring projects stay on track.
Minimum Qualifications:
● 4-6 years of project management experience, ideally within a digital, creative, or agency environment Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced setting
● Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Asana and Deltek (or similar systems)
● Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing creative production workflows
● Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow‑through
● Clear, proactive communicator who can manage expectations and keep stakeholders aligned
● Ability to anticipate risks, solve problems quickly, and maintain calm under pressure
Work Environment:
● This is a fully remote role; work is performed in a home office setting.
● Regular virtual interaction with employees, leadership, and external vendors.
● May occasionally require flexible scheduling to accommodate time zone differences.

The salary range below represents the base salary range for this role in the United States. Final compensation will be determined based on professional experience, scope of responsibilities, and overall business needs.
Salary Range: $85,000–$110,000
