Position Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects on time, within budget, and to the agreed upon scope. This includes managing project resources, coordinating efforts of cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
 

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for the successful delivery of Kindsight CRM implementation services for the entire project lifecycle
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support project objectives
  • Develop project plans and associated communications documents
  • Coordinate internal resources, onboard them to project and assist with coordinating sprints/meetings
  • Properly manage project scope, budget and schedule using industry standard project management techniques; maintain a current project plan at all times 
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope (project change control), identify potential issues or risks, and devise contingency plans
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path dependencies
  • Track project performance using Agile Accelerator and other tools/techniques
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
  • Assist with gathering level of effort estimates, scope and develop change requests
  • Develop effective client relationships that enhance the Kindsight brand and build confidence in our teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, implementation methodologies and standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, project management, communications or a related field
  • 5+ years leading technology implementation projects
  • Experience with CRM implementations and Agile or Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong organizational, analytical, team building and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and be a calming presence
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong familiarity with project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Agile Accelerator)
  • Familiarity with implementing Salesforce projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be open to travel to client sites as required
  • Experience in the non-profit sector (higher education, healthcare, not-for-profit)
  • Salesforce Admin certification, PMP or Advancement Experience a plus

Compensation Range: $140,000-150,000 USD OTE annually, based on experience, market benchmarks and role complexity. We aim to offer fair, competitive pay that reflects your skills and the market.
