ABOUT THIS POSITION:

As a Project Manager at BAD Marketing, you’ll play an important role in building and fortifying our team. Your main responsibility is to ensure the success and smooth operation of your assigned accounts. You will be the orchestrator, overseeing that all tasks are completed promptly and approved by the client. Your role involves management, documentation, and optimization of our people, systems, and processes to enhance client performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Embody and promote team values.
  • Set and achieve department objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize team performance and output.
  • Provide an exceptional customer journey and deepen client relationships.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Organize and relay necessary information for BAD Marketing success during client onboarding.
    • Offboard clients professionally, gather feedback, and contribute to process improvement.
  • Hold the team accountable for due dates, SOPs, training, and projects.
  • Discover new client needs and address them effectively.
  • Provide the highest standard of client care at all times.
  • Conduct client calls and maintain proactive communication.
  • Be proactive in communicating account standings with clients, presenting optimization or improvement plans.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Holistic understanding of Information Marketing (online coaching).
  • Strong mindset and drive, holding yourself accountable to the highest performance standards.
  • Amicable personality with a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals.
  • Self-starter comfortable with remote work, managing schedules, workloads, and meeting deadlines independently.
  • Effective communicator, confident in coaching and setting expectations.
  • Flexible for meetings and communication with clients during U.S. business hours.
  • Team player with a proactive approach, seeking help when needed and communicating obstacles preemptively.
  • Coachable and open-minded, eager to grow personally and professionally.
  • Analytical thinking in terms of numbers and data.
  • Ability to delegate tasks and lead effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of relaying complex strategies with extreme clarity.
  • Proactive communicator, adept at navigating client objections and internal team disagreements.
  • Tech-savvy with a genuine interest in software and products, leveraging technology for team and process efficiency.
